I've been sending him money through Western Union for over a year, but suddenly I've been blocked from sending funds. I was given a code to provide to a Western Union agent, as they suspect fraudulent activity, which is not the case. I urgently need to unblock this restriction to send money to my husband, Moro Osman Ayariga, for essential expenses for his parents. I purchased a Western Union money order from my local grocery store to pay rent, but it hasn't been received by my rental company after 3 weeks. Tracking confirms it hasn't been cashed. I want a refund quickly to pay my rent and avoid losing my home. I have both receipts. I've heard I need to mail a refund request to WU in Colorado, which takes 30-60 days. Is there a faster way? What if I have no computer to print the form? Can I get it at a WU location or the store I bought it from? Mailing seems outdated. Can't they stop payment knowing it's uncashed? I am looking to send money to my friends in Ayr, Scotland, and need assistance finding the nearest open and accessible terminal during the lockdown. It's quite strict there at the moment. I require the name of the business, their pandemic operating hours, email address, and phone number so my friends can collect the payment. I haven't been able to confirm these details online as many WU terminals may be closed due to the crisis. If there isn't a terminal in Ayr, I would need information on the closest open location in a nearby town. Hello, My name is Metin Güney. I would like to file a complaint with you. I live in Turkey, and money is being sent to me from Mexico, but the transactions are not working when my friend tries to send me money directly from Mexico to Turkey via Western Union. As a result, she first sends the money to a European country. Every time this happens, I end up paying fees for the transaction twice. I am blocked by your system, so I have to provide names of other people each time to receive my money. Yesterday, money was sent from Mexico to Spain, and the sender withdrew the money and sent it to my friend in Turkey under her name, yet once again, the money was not transferred. Hello, my name is Luis Mendoza, and I am the recipient in Chile of a shipment, number [redacted], from NEW YORK. I tried to withdraw the money through Chile Express at the branches in La Cisterna and San Miguel. I spent approximately 2 hours at each branch, but they did not pay me the shipment. They claimed it was due to not having the exact amount (equivalent to [redacted] dollars in Chilean pesos). This happens every time I receive money from the USA. Chile Express is very inefficient and shows little concern for their customers. This means that I will have to go through the same process again the next business day without the guarantee of receiving the payment. Please take the necessary steps to address this issue for me and many of your customers.

On June 2, [redacted], I sent money to Congo Kinshasa, and I received an email confirming the recipient received the funds. However, when they tried to collect the money, they encountered issues at the pickup location. The agents mentioned a problem with the MTCN code and stated no funds were available. After contacting support, I was advised to reach out to Western Union to request a new MTCN for the transfer. Despite speaking to two Western Union representatives, they stated a new MTCN couldn't be issued as the system marked the transfer as picked up. This situation is distressing, especially since the money was intended for my aunt's funeral costs. I am eager for a resolution to this matter.

I have been trying to contact WU customer service and have only encountered automated responses that do not recognize my money order number or allow me to speak with a human representative. Even attempting to reach a representative by pressing "0" has not been successful. I tried the online chat service and was given a code to speak with a money order representative, but the call quality was poor and the representative did not follow through on calling me back. It's urgent that I speak with an American customer service representative as my cousin in Ohio is in need of the funds from the money order I sent due to a family emergency.

I have been attempting to use your services for the past three months, and as a long-time customer, I am facing issues sending money online. Unfortunately, the system does not recognize me, and I am unable to proceed or obtain necessary information. I am uncertain if there is a problem with my account. Hello, my name is Mercy. I encountered a problem with receiving money at the Cooperative Bank of Kenya, and to this day, I am unsure of the reason for the block. After the $[redacted] transaction last week, no MTCN was provided, and it took a week to get the funds credited back to my card. Today, 16 September [redacted], I again tried to send the same amount without receiving an MTCN. This is urgent, and I need to have funds sent to South Africa promptly. I routinely send WU money transfers to South Africa using my Ship Account Visa Card. Last week, I sent $[redacted], the payment went through, but I didn't receive an MTCN. I have been using Western Union on and off for the past 10 years to send money overseas. Approximately a year and a half ago, my account was blocked after sending money to my partner in Ukraine over a two-year period. Despite several attempts, I was unable to determine the reason for the block and eventually resorted to using bank transfers instead. My fiancée, who obtained a fiancée visa to the USA, visited for five weeks from August 15, [redacted], but had to return on October 6 due to a knee injury. We plan to reapply for her visa, and I can provide supporting documents and photos of her stay in the USA. While she was here, she even used Western Union to send money. How can I go about unblocking my Western Union account to resume sending her support until she returns? We prefer using Western Union for transfers.

I transferred [redacted] Euros online on November 23, [redacted] to Philippe Debecker. Unfortunately, I later realized I provided a Hungarian address and misspelled the name. OTP Bank deducted the amount from my account. According to the SMS received from the bank, the money was sent to WU[redacted] LT VILNIUS WU [redacted]. I kindly request a refund since there is no recipient with that name. I have notified my bank about the erroneous transfer, and they are investigating the issue. Regards, E.K.
