I sent two emails to the Membership Director regarding the same issue, but did not receive any response. I am disappointed that my concerns were not addressed. Email 1: To: [redacted] Dec 22, [redacted], 7:05 AM Dear Angel, I am a member with two cards, one being a keychain card which is not working. When I inquired about the issue, the front desk staff was extremely rude to me. I believe my card issue can be fixed, and I did not appreciate their behavior towards me. Email 2: Feb 27 [redacted] Dear Angel, Today, for the third time, my 5am access to the pool was denied due to a glitch in the credit card system. I also had a similar issue with my 5-year-old son. The security's handling of the situation made me feel like a criminal rather than a valued member. I seek guidance on how to handle such incidents in the future. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to reach the YMCA Roseburg Branch about bringing some youngsters to visit, but I can't seem to get through on the phone. I have called multiple times without success. It's frustrating as my son and I are both members. I wanted to inquire about the costs and how it all works. My phone seems to have trouble connecting the call. Please have someone from the YMCA call me back promptly at [redacted]. My name is Jerry Hawkins. I value efficiency and don't like wasting time. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could address my query or provide assistance. A prompt response is eagerly awaited. Thank you.

I have reported the slow lynching incidents in McGregor, Texas to the authorities at various levels, yet unfortunately, my concerns have been ignored. My children have suffered harm, and we are in need of prayers and support, not financial assistance. I am seeking recognition of the harm done to us, medical treatment (covered by insurance), and exposure of those responsible for these atrocities. Unwanted medical procedures have resulted in severe health issues, including skin problems, spinal tears, thyroid damage, and severe pain. I have been injected with harmful substances without consent, leading to further complications. This mistreatment stems from a sexual harassment complaint, and I have been living in fear, facing stalking and harassment by local law enforcement. If you have any advice or support to offer, I would greatly appreciate it. You can reach me at [redacted]

I have a family membership with the YMCA that I bought before moving to a new city. Despite being a resident there for several months, I am being denied access to the local YMCA. I was initially told that my membership would grant me access to any YMCA in the continental US. Due to COVID restrictions, I understand limitations on facility usage, but as a current resident, it's frustrating to be turned away and asked to purchase a new membership.
