I am facing two significant issues: 1. I can't access my old email, [redacted], as I no longer have the phone number associated with it. I need assistance with recovering the password to this email. 2. My second email address is [redacted], and I require access to this email to recover my Instagram account. Both emails are similar, but my Instagram was linked to the older email address. I need help with the password for the old email as I have the password for the duplicated one. I haven't received a link or code to reset my Instagram password, and I believe it should be sent to the old email account.

Hello, I am Lazar Sebastian from Romania. I am experiencing routing issues with my VPN when connecting to Los Angeles; it routes through Germany instead. After reporting this to ExpressVPN, they advised the issue lies with Yahoo's geolocation database. They explained that third-party databases can produce different results and, in this case, Yahoo's database may be showing a German IP for the Los Angeles server. ExpressVPN confirmed the physical location of the server is in the US and mentioned they try to correct inaccuracies with third-party databases. They recommended that resolving this issue with Yahoo might be challenging due to their lack of control over these databases. Overall, ExpressVPN expressed their understanding of the situation and asked for any further concerns I may have.

Good evening, I have recently experienced issues with my Yahoo account when using my Chrome browser. I believe I have fixed the problem. However, during the two-step verification process, the number that kept showing up was +7 [redacted] [redacted] 99 62, which seems to be a Russian number. Can you confirm if this is a legitimate number used by Yahoo for two-step verification? I am worried that it might be a phishing scam. I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo email account, [redacted] Every time I try to log in, the system prompts me for verification stating it's my first time on the system and requests the phone number associated with the account, which I no longer have access to. Hello, I am experiencing some issues with my Yahoo accounts. I have multiple accounts, with some being public, so I prefer not to use my real email address. Since January, Yahoo stopped forwarding emails from my second account to my main one because this feature is now only available for paid users. I am unable to log in because Yahoo indicates that my password is incorrect, even though I have not changed it since creating the second account. I am unable to receive a recovery SMS as I have a new phone and no longer have the old one. Since all my emails were being forwarded until this year, I never required the phone for recovery before. This has caused difficulties accessing other accounts linked to my second email as they would send verification emails there. Twitter support advised me to contact Yahoo, but Yahoo no longer provides this service unless you are a paid customer contacting them by phone in English. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my second email account. Any help on how to contact Yahoo from my primary email would be appreciated.

My mother, Camille I., has been experiencing issues with accessing her Yahoo email account ([redacted]) since September 8, [redacted]. Between August 18 and September 8, [redacted], she has only received 9 emails, despite usually receiving 4-5 emails daily. Her account was compromised on August 16, [redacted], with emails sent to her contacts requesting favors. On August 17, she received emails purportedly from Yahoo requesting an account upgrade under the threat of email blockage. Despite not upgrading, she is now unable to receive any emails even after changing her password. I am seeking guidance on how to fully regain access to her account and update her security questions. Two days ago, my phone was stolen, and I signed out of my accounts on my desktop. On the Yahoo sign-in page for my two accounts, I chose to receive the verification code via email. However, it created a loop where one email demanded to check the other for the code, and vice versa. I was prompted a few times to proceed with Gmail. Can I access my emails or log in using my Google account? I have an additional Yahoo email, but I'm unsure how to integrate it now. How can I prove the connection when adding this email without compromising security? The email I wish to connect with the others causing the loop is Jackieoh. I hope this explanation is clear.

I recently received my Mastercard statement and noticed a $25 donation to St. Jude listed. I want to clarify that I did not make any donations through Yahoo and never intended to support St. Jude's as I have other preferred charities. I am a 72-year-old lady without children, in the early stages of Dementia, and my ability to comment on the daily news stories was unexpectedly revoked a month ago. I am well-educated, have a strong vocabulary, and do not use profanity. My account was removed without explanation. I am confused as to why I was banned while other users, like someone with an inappropriate username, are allowed to stay. I feel unfairly treated and would like to know specifically which of my comments led to this action. I have used this account for many years without issue. I am writing to report an advertisement I saw on your Yahoo page. It was for wreaths on the "Home and Garden" site. The email connected to the page was [redacted] The wreaths were priced at $29.99 each, and I purchased three using my PayPal account. However, I never received any shipping information, only vague order number emails with changing numbers. The site failed to mention it was a China-based order, and when I tried to access the site later, it was inaccessible. I'm grateful that PayPal is refunding me. I recently purchased a new Redmi Note 10 Pro phone but am experiencing issues signing into my Yahoo account, [redacted], under my name, Riccardo Baldissone.
