I recently placed an order and had issues with DHL not delivering it due to containing liquids which I am not licensed to import. The package was returned to Hong Kong. I have been contacted by customer service offering to reship the items or provide points, but I prefer a refund as I do not want the same issue to occur again. I have reached out multiple times via email without a response and would appreciate a refund instead of other options.

I placed an order on Yesstyle two months ago. After a few weeks, I got emails saying my order was approved, but my credit card couldn't be charged. Yesstyle sent me an invoice with a link to reorder, but the link didn't work. I tried again with a different credit card, entering my details, but the same issue occurred. Even though my bank mentioned the charge, Yesstyle couldn't process it. I contacted Yesstyle via email, but the problem persists. I need help to resolve this quickly.

Hello, I'm disappointed to share that the dress and shoes we ordered for my daughter's graduation have not yet arrived. As a single mother, it is important for me to see my daughter in a nice outfit for her special day. We placed the order on June 4th for her graduation tomorrow, but as of June 19th, we have not received the items. We are hoping for a resolution today since time is running out. Unfortunately, the delay in shipping has caused a lot of stress and disappointment. The outfit we were so excited for is now at risk of not being worn. It's disheartening to know that the shipment was only sent out on June 15th, leaving us with very little time. I am at work now and will need to find a solution after work, which is not ideal. We were looking forward to her wearing the beautiful dress that we struggled to afford. I am hopeful for a response soon to help us with this situation. Thank you for your understanding. Hello, I recently sent an email regarding my daughter's graduation attire ordered on June 4th, but it has not arrived yet. The Order number is [redacted] and the shipping number is [redacted]. I am hopeful someone can assist us with this. It is currently almost 3 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, and her graduation is tomorrow morning. The delay is disheartening for us as we eagerly await the delivery of the dress and shoes. Thank you.

Today, as I was placing an order on the website, I encountered an error message instructing me to reload the page. Unfortunately, upon reloading, my shopping bag was empty and it seemed like I had to start the order process from scratch. I did not receive any email confirmations from YesStyle or PayPal, and when I checked my order history, the order was not there. Subsequently, I proceeded to redo the order, and this time I promptly received confirmation from PayPal. However, a few minutes later, I received a duplicate confirmation from PayPal. Upon checking my order history, I discovered that the same order had been placed twice. I have reached out via email regarding this issue, but I am anxious about not receiving a refund. Additionally, I am unable to contact the provided number on the GetHuman website as it is not available in my country, Canada.

I recently placed order [redacted]5, but unfortunately, one item, Missha Time Revolution Artemisia Essence 150ml, is no longer available, impacting the free shipping minimum requirement. Since the order is still processing, I kindly request that it be canceled and the payment made with my credit card be refunded. This will allow me to place a new order with different available items. I placed an order on YesStyle this morning but I forgot to ask my parents for permission. Now, I need to cancel the order before it ships out. However, according to YesStyle, orders cannot be canceled. I'm worried that I won't be able to get a refund if I can't cancel it. I only want to remove one item from the order and receive a refund to my card. It would be great if YesStyle could assist me with this, but I'm unsure how to proceed.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my order number [redacted]3 placed at the beginning of August. Towards the end of August, I expected the delivery of my package, but unfortunately, my local post office seems to have mishandled it, resulting in the package being lost. I have contacted POSTNL twice regarding this matter. During the first call, I was advised to wait a few weeks in case the package turned up somewhere, but unfortunately, it hasn't. The second time I called, they were unsure about the package's whereabouts and suggested reaching out to you, the customer service team. If you check the tracking number RU[redacted]92NL, you'll notice that the package remains undelivered, with the last update dating back a month ago. It seems unlikely to be found at this point. I have made four attempts to order items from YesStyle. Each time, I used a different payment method like PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Google Pay. However, when I check my order information, it shows as unverified and then it gets canceled. I diligently monitor my email for any verification instructions, but unfortunately, I never receive any. Instead, they cancel my orders without notifying me directly. I only discover the cancellation when I check my order history.

I placed an order with you on 10/30/[redacted] with order number [redacted]2. I am looking for the delivery date. I noticed that some items, including the couple clothes, are out of stock. Can you ship the in-stock items first? One of the in-stock items is a gift for a friend. I'm fine waiting for the couple clothes. If it's not possible to split the shipment, please provide the specific delivery date and tracking number. I need the order sooner than a month. I've been waiting for my package for about three weeks. It finally reached the US but was held in New York for four days before continuing to Georgia. When I checked the tracking, it said "order has an exception" and was sent back. I need these items for an event this month and didn't receive any explanation from the company. I tried to find out what happened, but no luck. This is frustrating. I shouldn't have to pay for reshipping, and I really need the package. I believed that it was possible to cancel items in an order before it had shipped based on the information provided during the order placement process. However, I am struggling to locate the option to do so. If cancellations are allowed for orders that have not been shipped, it would be beneficial for this process to be more clearly outlined for customers. On the other hand, if cancellations are not permitted for orders that have not yet shipped, the messaging should not suggest otherwise to avoid confusion. Clarity in communication is essential to managing customer expectations effectively.

I placed an order over a week ago, but it's been on hold due to the verification process. The order number is [redacted]9. I submitted the required information a week ago as requested, but I still haven't received a response as promised within 1-2 business days. I have previously placed an order here, and unfortunately, I encountered delays due to an issue with one of the items. This time, I ordered two of the same items, expecting them to arrive within 1-2 days. However, the status has changed to "waiting for stock" and now shows a possible wait time of 7-14 days. I would appreciate it if you could cancel this particular item from my order, as I experienced a similar situation before where I had to wait two months only to find out it was out of stock, causing a delay in the entire order. The item causing the delay is a PVC belt with a silver heart buckle. My order number is [redacted]0. I hope to avoid another lengthy delay like the previous experience, especially when the original ship out date was supposed to be 1-2 days.

After confirming my first order, the page indicated my shopping bag was empty, which prompted me to resubmit the order. Consequently, both orders went through and were charged to my bank account. I've been patiently waiting for my YesStyle order for a month now. According to PostNL, it was delivered last Thursday, but unfortunately, I never received it. I've checked with all my neighbors, and none of them have the package. There was no information provided on where the package might have been left. I've reached out to YesStyle for more information, but I haven't received a response yet.

Hello, I recently placed orders from two websites, YesStyle and TAKASKI. YesStyle provided a tracking number, whereas TAKASKI did not. When YesStyle informed me that my package would arrive on December 23rd, I waited eagerly. On the specified date, I received a notification to pick up a package, assuming it was from YesStyle. To my surprise, it was actually my order from TAKASKI. This unexpected turn of events left me feeling confused as it seemed like I received my TAKASKI order using YesStyle's tracking number, while my YesStyle package was still pending. After reaching out to Canada Post for assistance and providing the tracking number, I was informed that the YesStyle package had already been delivered. They recommended contacting the respective websites for further assistance, which I have already done.

Hello YesStyle team, I purchased clothing and items from your website a month ago. My tracking number is LX[redacted]66NL. Yesterday, I discovered on YesStyle that my package will be returned to the sender upon reaching Germany. Despite not receiving any communication from DHL about its arrival or any pick-up notice, I verified the DHL website for instructions on retrieving the package, but found no guidance. Today, I contacted the DHL call center to inquire about collecting my parcel, however, they informed me that the return process to the sender is inevitable. I am wondering if the package will reach your country and if there is a possibility for it to be resent, for which I am willing to cover the shipping costs. My order status from the tracking information indicates that the item will be returned due to an alleged incorrect address. Despite previous complaints, the company insists on redelivering the order but expects me to cover the costs. I don't understand why I should pay when the address provided was accurate, as confirmed by previous successful orders. I have now emailed them to express my refusal to pay twice for the same delivery and requested expedited order processing. However, my requests appear to have gone unaddressed, and it's been almost a month since the original order, leading to significant frustration on my end.

I placed an order with YesStyle in early February. After a few days, they emailed me saying they couldn't verify my billing address and requested the information again. I responded promptly and was informed that I would receive a reply within a day or two. When I didn't hear back, I checked on the order and saw it was on hold, later changing to unverified status. I reached out to customer service but worry I won't receive a response like the first time. I spent a significant amount on the products I ordered. Could you advise me on how to receive my items, especially since the shipping date was supposed to be February 22? Alternatively, how can I arrange a refund if necessary?
