I am seeking guidance on how to directly contact an administrator for a more thorough investigation. I fear for the safety of children if these concerning behaviors are left unaddressed. On July 2, [redacted], $64.99 was deducted from my account for YouTube TV. I only used it for one day during the free trial period and then struggled to find a way to cancel it. I haven't used it since that first day and it's not even on my TV. I would like a refund of $64.99 credited back to my account promptly. Thank you. Michael M.

I am suggesting a new feature to customize YouTube recommendations. The main idea is to have the ability to adjust the types of videos suggested based on individual interests on the main page. This proposed feature aims to assist individuals who may be struggling with addictions or want to control the content they consume to maintain a healthy balance. The suggestion is to enable users to block specific topics such as #videogames, #loseweight, or any other category they wish to avoid. I have a great appreciation for YouTube and believe that implementing this feature could benefit vulnerable individuals and those susceptible to addiction. Thank you for considering this suggestion. I regularly stream video games for my friend to watch live or catch up on later. While playing through Spider-Man Miles Morales, I streamed 3 separate missions in one day with breaks in between to play general map activities. However, my account got suspended for alleged spam because the videos had the same title and were streamed close together. I appealed twice, pointing out that these were legitimate gameplay videos for my friend. Initially, the response upheld the suspension, seeming like a generic reply. After providing more details in my second appeal, my account was reinstated. However, my account remained suspended despite the reinstatement email. I reached out on Twitter for help as I couldn't access the help center without an active account. Hoping to get this resolved soon.

I have been unable to access YouTube for several months, which has been quite difficult for me as it is a significant part of my daily routine. Recently, I found out that I am unable to access YT Music as well. I acknowledge that I may have unintentionally broken some rules, but I assure you that this was not my intention. I have a clean record and have never violated any terms in all the years that I have been using your services. I am eager to subscribe to YouTube Music and regain access to YouTube. Dear Sir or Madam, I have noticed for the past three weeks that former reality TV star Tula Tequila has been allowed to make racist and offensive remarks towards Black women in her videos, even using The Holy Bible to mock Black men. Despite reports, she has now released a fourth video where she uses derogatory language like "monkeys," "ugly," and "stink." These videos are extremely offensive and should be removed. While an Anti-Asian hate bill has been passed, there seems to be no reciprocated Anti-Hate Rhetoric Bill for Black individuals. It is concerning that after two weeks, she is still permitted to create such offensive content targeting Black women for no apparent reason. This behavior needs to stop immediately, as it is both nasty and disgusting.

I am currently an American living in Switzerland. My son recently purchased the first season of Fresh Off the Boat assuming it would be in English on 07.11.[redacted]. Unfortunately, it is in German, and we are unable to understand the language. We cannot use captions or get a refund because he already played the first video. We are wondering if there is a way to access the show in English or obtain a refund. It seems unreasonable to assume that everyone in Switzerland speaks German because the country has residents who speak French, Italian, German, and even English. I want to report a video on YouTube from the channel ALDO Monkeys due to animal abuse. In one video, a baby monkey was seen under a chair with something on its stomach for about 5 minutes. The monkey was foaming at the mouth and screeching, which was distressing. I came across another video urging viewers to report this, and I share the sentiment. Monkeys can be dangerous with their strength, as shown by incidents involving chimpanzees, but I am okay with baby monkeys. However, adult monkeys concern me for their potential danger. The baby monkey in pain needs attention, so I urge reporting and contacting the user for animal control to check on the animals' well-being. Thank you.

It indicated there was a duplicate version of a video awaiting upload. Assuming it was a glitch, I cancelled the copy upload, unknowingly removing the original video already uploaded. I recently purchased movies on Google through YouTube but did not receive any response to my refund request. The movies expired before I could watch them, and there was one accidental purchase I never watched that I would like a full refund for. I have noticed that YouTube is currently censoring almost all videos related to the Arizona forensic audit. This goes against our freedom of speech, a fundamental right under the First Amendment. It should be realized by Zuckerberg and others that if Republicans take power, they might abolish or limit Section [redacted]. I find this censorship appalling. Last summer, elderly Russians in the U.S. likened the situation to what they faced in Russia. Zuckerberg should reflect on his ancestors who escaped oppressive societies without freedoms like worship, speech, and travel. This suppression is disturbing as it disregards the Bill of Rights that underpins our legal system. I am saddened by the erosion of our liberties, and Zuckerberg is directly involved in this. He should contemplate whether his grandparents would approve of his actions. I regret the impact he has had on America. Over a year ago, I viewed a censored video about the manipulation of the COVID genome, and now it seems the scientists were correct. This is just one example of how harmful this censorship is. Change must come soon to rectify these wrongs.

A few years ago, Google/YouTube required channels not using Gmail to switch over. At that time, I had to make a choice between two options. Unfortunately, I don't recall the specifics as it was a while ago. I typically use Hotmail and have a strong dislike for Gmail. However, in the process, I inadvertently selected an option that turned my original YouTube account into a "brand" account. Today, frustrated by this setup, I found an option related to moving the "brand account." Upon doing this, it created a new account, which has now replaced my actual brand account on my PlayStation 4. Logging in with Gmail displays a generic icon instead of my picture, and all my videos and history are missing. On my Galaxy Note 9, I can see my Google Account with the desired Brand Account, but there's also a third account with the letter "S," similar to the Gmail app. I'm looking to remove this third account and revert to having my brand account as the default on YouTube for PlayStation 4.

I recently reactivated my YouTube Music subscription after a troublesome 8 months that led me to cancel my credit card. I faced billing issues without receiving the service and couldn't get any assistance due to a robotic response citing COVID-19. Upon rejoining, I immediately encountered ads within the first 2 minutes of use, even before trying out my Nest speaker. I am concerned about being charged for months of unused service, experiencing multiple, unexplained charges within short periods initially. I came across an advertisement on YouTube for a product from STOREIGO. I made a purchase with express delivery and received order number #IGG140622, expecting it to arrive in 3 to 5 days. However, I was shocked to discover that the estimated delivery time was actually 14 to 30 days. After waiting for 33 days with no sign of my order, I contacted the company and was informed that I needed to wait another 30 days and physically go to the post office to track my order. I have requested a refund, which I was told would be processed within 5 working days. Feeling misled throughout this entire process, I am doubtful that I will see my £25.99 again. Hello, I am a French YouTuber focusing on video games and entertaining content in Sims 4. I have been running a Sims 4 series for two years that has been well-received by my community. Recently, one of my episodes was unexpectedly removed by Youtube due to alleged nudity violations. The content is intended for viewers over 18 years old, and I take precautions to comply with guidelines. I believe the deletion is unjust considering the content is fictional, created within the game, and meant for entertainment purposes only. I am requesting to have the video reinstated as unlisted as I put a considerable amount of effort and time into its creation. The deleted video is "Deadman Driving Episode 3" on my channel, AnimQueen Sims. Thank you.

I woke up this morning to find my YouTube account suspended. It was hacked recently, and I suspect the hacker may have posted a video violating the Terms of Service. I removed the videos, changed my password, and now I cannot access my account. This is urgent as I plan to return to YouTube next month. I accidentally activated a free trial of YouTube Music Premium and need help cancelling it. I did not set up any login details, and I am unable to deactivate the membership without them. Hello everyone, I manage social media at 'Waves Audio'. We have a YouTube channel within the Partner Program. Lately, we've encountered an issue with adding long links to cards and end screens. Typically, we use UTMs to track link clicks effectively. However, when we add these links, YouTube becomes unresponsive, forcing us to refresh the page. To work around this, we've been using ReBrandly to create short links, but this leads to multiple redirects, which is not ideal. We've experienced this problem on three different computers using Safari, Chrome, and Edge browsers. It's unclear if the issue lies with our channel or within YouTube itself. Unfortunately, I can't test this on another Partner Program account. Any suggestions on how to address this would be greatly appreciated.
