The issue in GetHuman-mrrippy's own words
I changed my address on my eBay account April *. I bought a wood crochet hook from Janel on April * and received that item on April ** at my new address. I bought a Panama hat from Im-equanatural-llc on April * but that item was shipped to my old address. The receipt from the sale of the Panama hat CLEARLY shows my new address!!! I contacted Im-equanatural-llc and I was told that eBay had not changed my address AND that I would need to have someone at my old address send my item to me at my new address. I don’t know anybody at my old address!!!*I want to know how the crochet hook I bought was sent to my new address by the seller and the Panama hat was sent to my old address by the seller!!! I also would like to know WHY it would be MY responsibility to have someone at my old address send the item to me that I bought from a seller on eBay when my new address is clearly shown on the receipt of the sale of this item??? What kind of BS is that?? Just exactly what kind of business is eBay running that allows sellers to do this sort of thing??? That is complete and total BS that a seller would tell me this sort of thing!!! And it’s even MORE BS that eBay would allow a seller to tell a buyer this kind of **** in the first place!!!*If it’s true that eBay did not change my address after I changed it on my eBay account BEFORE I bought anything from any seller on eBay the this entire problem was caused by eBay!!!*If that is true then eBay is incompetent and needs to pull your heads out of your butts so you can perform your job properly and speedily!!! This is completely unacceptable!!!*IF eBay did change my address and I’m-equanatural-llc sent my Panama hat to*my old address anyway. Then eBay needs to make this seller send a Panama hat to my new address which is clearly shown on the receipt I have on the sale of this hat!!!*EITHER WAY!!! SOMEBODY owes me the Panama hat I bought OR a refund !!! IMMEDIATELY!!!*By immediately I do not mean tomorrow or the next day!!! I mean YESTERDAY!!! And don’t give me any **** about this because this is ebays or the sellers responsibility to send my Panama hat to my new address shown on the receipt I have!!! It is NOT my responsibility to have someone at my old address send my hat to me!!! At all!!!*Plus the fact that eBay should give a phone number so people can call and talk to a live person instead of that idiotic virtual assistant that in no way can properly address customers problems!!! That’s the most stupid thing I’ve ever seen!!! Virtual assistant. That’s simply pure laziness on ebays part!!!
