Hello Eharmony team, I recently paid 75 pounds for a 3-month membership, but now I am unable to access my account. Despite attempts to use the "forgot login and password" option and trying to log in through Facebook, I have been unsuccessful. Emails for login assistance haven't reached me, even after checking my Spam folder. Could you please provide guidance on how to regain access to my account? If this cannot be resolved, I would appreciate a refund since I haven't used my account at all. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Svetlana G.

I signed up for eharmony about two weeks ago and paid for a 3-month membership. Unfortunately, after only 2 days, I lost access to the site. Each time I tried to log in, I was repeatedly asked to complete the questionnaire I had already filled out when signing up. I contacted support and was told to redo the questionnaire, but upon doing so, I was prompted to pay for membership again. My payment of $[redacted].85 was processed via Visa Credit Card on February 10th. Due to the inconvenience, wasted time, and inability to resolve the issue after a week, I would like a refund since I am no longer interested in using the site. I have been waiting for a resolution and still do not have access to my account that I paid for in full. I request that eharmony in Australia reach out to me at [redacted].

Hello, I registered with my email address [redacted] and wished to explore eharmony with a free trial, being new to dating sites like this. Despite my attempts, I couldn't switch my existing account to a free trial. When I tried to sign up on the free site using the same email, it didn't work. I didn't want to redo the registration process and questions, so I abandoned my original account and tried to create a new one with a different email, [redacted] However, I encountered issues during registration and chose to close that account. Now, when I want to access my first account to consider a paid subscription, I keep getting redirected to continue the registration of the closed account. I'd appreciate it if my initial account ([redacted]) could be converted to a free trial, or if both accounts could be fully closed and removed from your system. Thank you, Paige

I recently discovered that I have been unknowingly subscribed to e-harmony for over 2.5 years without using the service. I did not provide explicit consent for continuous billing. The latest charge of $[redacted].70 on October 18, [redacted], to my Mastercard ending in [redacted] was alarming. I demand the following actions: 1) Immediately cease any further automatic deductions from my Mastercard. 2) Reimburse me for all charges since mid-[redacted], as I did not give informed consent for these transactions. Thank you, J. Shaner

Hello, my name is John Wilks. I signed up for eHarmony on a trial basis but decided not to continue with any monthly billing. I was unaware of being signed up for auto-billing, and it seems this has been going on for years without my knowledge. I do not recall my login details, but I believe the account is under [redacted] Could you please check my first and last login dates and provide information on how long I have been billed for the service? I have not used the service due to health reasons, and I would appreciate a fair resolution, such as a refund for the additional charges incurred beyond the initial payment. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter. John Wilks

I have received several messages from guys, but the only match I messaged hasn't responded or viewed my profile. I'm unsure if he's not interested, saw the message, or even if he's still active on the site. I'm considering closing my account to avoid others contacting me when I'm waiting for a specific response. I attempted to stop receiving matches in my account settings, but it didn't work. I recall an email suggesting direct contact with a match, but I can't verify if he's still using the site. It would be helpful to know if he's still active.

My 29-year-old son wanted to try eHarmony to meet Christian single women. Unfortunately, while he was answering your questions, the site timed out, and he couldn't complete the questionnaire. This has left him feeling disheartened and he's given up on online dating with eHarmony. My son, a skilled Christian Critical Facility Engineer, struggles with dyslexia, but he overcame it with help in college and graduated with top grades. As a father, I'm concerned about why eHarmony has a system that led him to this frustration. I suggest having an offline questionnaire like a secure Adobe PDF that can be filled out and uploaded to prevent such issues. If you could reach out to my son, Jonathan B., at [redacted], it would mean a lot. I'm Bill B., a global IT specialist at Bayer Corp, and I appreciate your attention to this matter. You can contact me at [redacted]

I tried eHarmony and was very pleased during the initial three months. I connected with a guy, and we have been talking ever since. However, I didn't use my subscription for the entire first three months and assumed it would lapse afterward. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my account. The last login was on December 31st. I discovered on a day off two days back that I was charged in January and again in April. I desperately need assistance canceling my subscription as I can't log in or reset the password because I no longer have access to the associated email. I'd appreciate a refund for the past two charges since I didn't authorize them and am struggling financially. My email used was [redacted], chosen due to losing access to my original email associated with the account. I'm reaching out for support to address this issue promptly. Thank you for your time and assistance. -Dalynne, Taylors, SC [redacted]

Hello, I am experiencing challenges with messaging on eharmony. Despite sending messages to 20 members, I have not received any responses. I have invested in this service and encountered an issue where a member I messaged can only respond with questions because they are not subscribed. This has left me feeling disappointed as I had high expectations for eharmony. I would appreciate if this could be resolved, perhaps by offering a complimentary month of membership. It seems like my messages are not successfully going through, making me question the effectiveness of this dating platform. I have previously discussed this matter with representatives but have not seen improvements. I sincerely hope for a resolution. Thank you. Jason

Hello, I am experiencing issues with sending messages on eharmony. It seems like my messages are not being delivered to other members. Despite paying for this service, I can only send questions without any success in sending messages. I was under the impression that I would be able to send messages to other members but I am disappointed with the current situation. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly and resolved accordingly. I believe it is unfair that I am paying for a service that I am not receiving as intended. I kindly request a complimentary one-month membership with full access to all the features to compensate for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. Regards, J.

I signed up for E Harmony on April 28 at 10 AM but realized later at 7:30 PM that I am not prepared for online dating after being widowed recently. I requested a cancellation online and was surprised to find out that I would still be charged the original payment of 88.14 plus two more payments of the same amount. The terms of service state that I can cancel within 3 days for a full refund. I have informed my bank about this and hope for a prompt response to refund the initial 88.14 payment and avoid additional charges on my credit card. Thank you, J. Kohler.

I am experiencing issues with the customer service response time. Email: [redacted] New Postal Code: [redacted] I am uncertain which postal code is needed for login. I have attempted to use [redacted] and [redacted], but have not received any communication. I have checked both my junk and email folders with no success. My process: 1. This problem has persisted for nearly two months. I am willing to try once more before exploring other platforms. Urgent response required. Thank you.

I have tried to contact eharmony via email, but unfortunately, all my messages bounce back. I joined the site a week ago and I must say, my experience has been disappointing. I haven't received any matches or responses after the initial three days. This makes me question the authenticity of the profiles. Despite setting age and distance preferences, I have been matched with individuals much older and far away. As a 46-year-old in Queensland, I am frustrated with the mismatched profiles. I believe I am entitled to a refund as the service does not meet the advertised standards. I have evidence of these mismatched profiles and may consider legal action. It's disheartening to feel taken advantage of in a platform meant to connect lonely individuals. Hopefully, eharmony addresses these issues promptly. Julie S.

I believe there is an issue with my eHarmony and Zoosk accounts. When signing up through Facebook, I accidentally used an old email address that I no longer use instead of my current one. My current email address is different from my Facebook account, and I was concerned changing it might cause issues. Both email addresses are from the same provider, so I still receive emails on the old account. I would appreciate assistance in updating my accounts with the correct email address. I recently went through a divorce and am now organizing my finances. I would like to move my membership from the inactive email address [redacted] to my current address [redacted] I hope you can help me access my accounts again.

I've been having trouble with the age filters on the match page. Even though I set my preferences to an age range of 24-40, the main match page keeps displaying 24-59. Every time I try to adjust it on the match page, it reverts back to 24-59. This glitch has resulted in matches outside of my desired age range appearing. I'm concerned that this issue may be affecting other filters as well, potentially explaining why I haven't received any matches recently. Thank you for your assistance.

Last year, I created an account on E-Harmony during their free weekend but couldn't finish setting it up due to leaving my friend's home where I was using the PC. When attempting to sign up again a few months ago with the same email, I was informed of an existing account and couldn't proceed. I gave up but now, on Memorial Day Weekend, I am interested in trying to sign up for the free weekend once more to kick off the summer. I would appreciate any assistance to finally join and experience the website's free trial. Thank you. - Anne from NY

I joined eHarmony in May as a 71-year-old from Lancaster, NY. Despite setting my preferences to 62-72 years old within [redacted] miles, I keep getting matches from different states, like a recent one from Maine. I am eager to meet someone nearby, but so far, no luck - just a few matches quickly removed before I could connect. Considering I paid for a year's subscription, I hope for better results. It seems like the site needs more advertising to attract more compatible matches like it did when I was last here eight years ago. If anyone close to me has had better luck or has any advice, please help. Sincerely, Kathleen O., Lancaser, NY. [redacted].

I want to alert everyone about a user named Greg Voss. He frequently uses multiple email addresses and is actively present on various dating websites, not limited to just the U.S. Greg rarely uploads pictures on his profiles but has been identified on Match and Meetville. He provides both real and fake details on these platforms. Greg is known to be a sex addict who engages with women on dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting applications to watch them. He utilizes text applications to obtain different numbers and burner apps to communicate with women and request photos. Despite being 39 years old with a 16-year-old daughter and 21-year-old son, he typically targets women aged 18-25. Greg manipulates by appearing charming, romantic, and victimized by his ex-partner to gain sympathy, ultimately leading to sexting and exchanging photos. However, the images he sends are not of himself, and he deceives others about his identity and age. Once his deceit is uncovered, he disappears by changing his contact number. It's imperative to address this behavior, and Greg's real name is Gregory Voss. He is reportedly employed at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, and resides in Adamsville, Alabama. Some of his email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]
