This is message I received: I cannot change the password but the password was the one suggested which should have been saved on the computer but was not saved. I cannot see it in my saved passwords***There is no security token or the token is not valid - the password cannot be changed.
GetHuman-shasheg did not yet indicate what eHarmony should do to make this right.
