I saw a promotion online on eharmony **% off*month for three that’s why I registered not knowing that they charged me for the whole year when I entered my Debit card info. I only sew the charge today, I have only only used there site for like * days. I emailed customer service and they refuse to refund the **** dollars they charged me. I was not aware of any of the annual membership policy they were telling as I did not apply for an annual membership. I work in healthcare and that amount of money that they took from me is too much. That is equivalent to hours of cleaning patient’s ****, listening to patients scream and working my *** out to help people get better. Please help me get my money back. Thank you.
