Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Import-action.com, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale items, are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
