What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team via phone or email with their order number and reason for return. Once the return is approved, customers will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within a few business days. Please note that personalized and final sale items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
