I am trying to pay my bill. I have had my password rejected, opted for the " forgot my password" option, changed my password, that was also rejected (after being "reset") . Tried again from the beginning need up with a message that I could not access my account because I was a alternative party or something like that. I am the only party to this account, I simply want to know what I owe so that I can pay up. I did not receive a bill or notification, I am aware we are at the end of the month so I wanted to make sure there is no outstanding balance but I'm kind of at loose ends trying to figure out how to accomplish this.
