One of your insured rear ended me we have a claim number ****************. She filed the claim last night and I would like to follow up on the status to see when I can repair my vehicle which sustained bumper damage, tailgate damage and now my keyless access system is indicating a problem on my dash which would indicate that one of the sensors or something in the computer was damaged during the impact.
