I purchased a ticket on april ** ****. At the time the amount was available and subtracted from my cash app balance. Then on May * **** my cash app became negative. I spoke with a rep who told me that therw was a problem with the system which caused the charge to be taken out at that time. Being that this card is one i use to make purchases it caused my card to have a negative balance ans i would like a ewrund because at the time I had the funds the error was on megabus and i wasnt informed at the time. It was deducted almost a month later.
GetHuman2977933 did not yet indicate what Megabus should do to make this right.
