To whom it may concern, **I booked a property a week ago. Property ******, for a week in August ****. The booking was immediately accepted and a deposit was taken from my account. Within hours the host had cancelled my reservation and requoted me for much more due to not having updated her prices. I can not afford to pay the new quote so have agreed to cancel my booking. However, I have not recieved a refund and I have no documentation to say that it has been actioned. I have also been charged a £** conversion fee by the bank for the payment. I wish for both of these to be refunded asap! **Kind Regards,*Emily Hill
