The issue in GetHuman-roseunic's own words
Received an email saying I ordered ESPN. I assumed it was a phishing email being I have not subscribed to that channel. So I ignored it. Now I see my bank has a reoccurring payment listed to Roku for $**.** for ESPN. I also see in my Roku account online saying I subscribed on *********. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ESPN. Please take this off my account. I have done a cancel under "manage subscriptions" to try and stop this. I also took off payment method on my account to stop this unauthorized charge. My bank has been notified not to pay any charges to Roku for this.
GetHuman-roseunic did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
