I’ve been trying to contact you via emails for months (I have all the dates & emails) trying time get answers about the postponement of the Olympic trials swimming competition and what would happen with my tickets. I had purchased tickets (order * *D*–*PDZ***...$***.** & *D*-*KN*YQ*...$***.**) on Nov **th, ****. I am now at the Olympic trials & have not yet received my tickets, nor have I received an email (*****@***.com) telling of when they were shipped. Where are my tickets? *I will be opening a case with my bank for a complete refund of the combined orders ($***.**).
