I use email *****@***.com to access Itunes. When I try to purchase a song, the following notice comes up "Your family organizer, J*****@***.com must enter the security code for their payment method"*This is my account, not J*****@***.com. How do I get control of my account? How do I change the payment method to use my visa account? The balance of approximately $** is mine not my son-in-law*daughter account.
GetHuman-eljohnaz did not yet indicate what iTunes should do to make this right.
