I had scheduled a pick up with dhl. the person who was in charge of the pick up called me and they left before I get downstairs (less than * minutes!) even though I told them on the phone to please wait and also texted the number to tell them to wait . they left anyways! and stoped answering my calls. This is not comprehendible. I need to see why would this happen and who is responsible for this.
