I believe my account has been hacked. I received several emails saying I added a new payment method, and I also received a receipt. I do not recognize cards or anything. I tried getting into the account, and it looks like the account email has been changed. My old phone was ***-***-****, so I cannot confirm the phone number. My email is *****@***.com. The same email I received the emails from.
