I purchased a one plus * pro yesterday in store that was an open box. It was marked as being in excellent condition and I went home and used the one plus switch to transfer my phone information. The process worked well and after about * hours was complete. This morning after the phone set up was finally complete I discovered the SIM card tray missing from the phone. **I called the store and they told me I needed to come in to exchange my phone, they don't have any of these in open box but they have new ones. On my lunch break I went back to the store and they did not have any of these in open box as they said, but tried to fit different generation trays unsuccessfully. The manager I spoke to was dismissive. She did not apologize once for their error of selling me a phone marked as excellent condition, but was missing an integral part to function, and actually not usable. **She told me that she did not see any possible solutions and that I have to get a refund, and buy a new phone. After telling me this she just walked away. She did not check to see if any other locations have a open box one plus * pro to exchange my phone with. I am very upset with the service she provided and being treated as if it was my fault for buying the phone with incomplete parts. **It would be understandable if it was a manufacturing error, or if I broke the phone, but this store inspected the phone and made the error. I've wasted a lot of my time buying and setting up this phone, calling and having to go back in only to be dismissed without any real accountability or solutions.
