I'm a good customer with good credit and should not have to pay $**.** membership fee. I have * other credit cards that do no charge a fee. I use this card frequently but if I continue to be charged a fee I will pay off the remaining balance, start using the other cards instead and close the account.
GetHuman-proscjo did not yet indicate what Capital One should do to make this right.
