I recently received a tracking number from an eBay seller for my package, which UPS claims has been delivered, but I have not received it. The tracking number provided is 1Z49AA09YN[redacted]. I am unsure if the seller actually sent the package to my address at [redacted] Claretta Dr. Las Vegas, NV, [redacted], as the weight mentioned on the tracking information is 6.4oz, but my package should have been cookware weighing around 21lbs. I am concerned that the tracking number could be fraudulent. If it was not meant for my address, I would appreciate knowing so I can contact the seller to resolve the issue. I need help accessing my ups.com account. Even though I am entering the correct username and password from my password book, it says they are invalid. I have tried to reset my password using my usual email address ([redacted]) but have not received any emails from UPS, even after checking my junk folder. When attempting to create a new account with the same username, it says it is already in use. A seller scheduled a pick-up with an on-call tag today, and I need to find out the pickup time as I have an appointment scheduled.

My package is being held at a UPS delivery center/access point instead of the UPS store where I usually pick up my deliveries. The hold location has been changed without my consent. Unfortunately, the [redacted] number only directs me to the website where I can alter my delivery location for a fee. When I call the warehouse number, I am redirected back to the [redacted] number, which is not helpful. I am unable to speak with a representative to address this problem, and my package will be returned to the center in 5 days. Assistance is greatly appreciated!

I listed an item on eBay that was sold on June 25th. Regrettably, the package went missing in transit in Willow Grove, PA. The buyer mistakenly filed a claim, making it impossible for me to file one. Yesterday, I received an email from 'MyUps' regarding a UPS Shipment Notification mentioning that my address was incorrect for a shipment from Canada. The issue is I haven't ordered anything from Canada, and I always provide my accurate address and zip code when placing orders. When attempting to track the package through the email link, it prompts for my zip code, which seems suspicious. I have received similar emails like this in the past 2-3 years. Dear UPS, I received a package from your delivery person yesterday. Unfortunately, upon opening the resealed package, I discovered my smart watch from Costco was missing. Furthermore, the package contained another item, belonging to someone else, that was also missing from its ripped-open packaging. This morning, on December 30, I received a text message notifying me that my package would be delivered between 11 A.M. and 3 P.M. today. I eagerly waited by the door, but at 12:30 P.M., I got another text claiming that UPS had attempted delivery and I was not home. This is false as I was indeed at the door. I wonder if the UPS driver mistakenly tried to deliver to a different address. I kindly request that my package be delivered today, December 30, or by December 31. I have been trying to follow up on a package picked up on June 6th, [redacted], and recently found out on December 21st that it was never received by the customer. Dear Sirs, Today, I unfortunately encountered a situation with one of your drivers at [redacted] W. Bell Rd, Surprise, AZ [redacted] around 12PM. The attached pictures show how the driver parked in a no parking zone, obstructing the handicap ramp. I was with my two 85-year-old in-laws who struggle with mobility, and they had difficulty navigating the sidewalk due to this. The driver was disrespectful, made rude comments, yelled at me in front of my family, and appeared agitated when I took photos. His behavior escalated to the point where I felt physically threatened. I request an apology from your corporate office and a written apology from the employee in question to myself, my wife, and my in-laws. Observing the clearly marked "no parking" signs and the designated ramp for disabled individuals, I am dismayed by the lack of professionalism displayed.
