I cant download rainbow six siege from the ps* extra game library. I got a message saying that i already own a different version of rainbow six siege but this version is the free weekend trial version that doesn't work anymore. Can you please help me with adding the normal version to my game library

I contacted ps support trought email and waited. It took * days to get this issue fixed but it did get fixed by ps support. If you get an email from them and it doesn't fix the issue send a response email explaining what exactly is wrong and why the last email didn't help I did this and it worked rainbow six siege is currently downloading on my ps*. The way they fixed the issue is that they removed my license for the free weekend trial
